Learn that plant-based cooking can be as colorful and creative as you want it in this exciting cooking class. A culinary expert, Chef Denis will provide you with an insightful lesson on how to substitute animal products for plant-based ingredients to make incredible, gourmet dishes with easy-to-master techniques.
Start off this class with a vegetable-based version of deviled eggs, featuring hearty mushrooms and a chickpea wasabi purée. Enjoy a creamy carrot and coconut soup spiced with chilis before learning how to roll perfect sushi rolls by hand, stuffed with a delicious array of vegetables. You'll also get to make an inside-out sushi roll with sweet potato and crisp white radishes. End this heart-healthy class on a sweet note with fruity coconut rice pudding.

Chef Denis is a seasoned chef with 43 years of experience working in the culinary world. His past roles include banquet chef, executive sous chef, private chef and even being the owner of a catering business, where he hosted both private events and intimate dinners. For the last 28 years, he's spent his time working as a culinary teacher, sharing his passion and knowledge with his students and aspiring chefs to create outstanding, memorable events.
