In this fun cooking class, you'll get to practice kitchen skills as you make four flavorful tapas with Chef Dan. As your culinary expert, Chef Dan will provide you with his tips for using simple techniques to create restaurant-worthy, sophisticated dishes.
First, you'll learn how to make perfectly textured and flavored mini crab bites, served with a crisp Southern slaw. Next, make savory chorizo sliders topped with homemade queso and avocado, plus mouthwatering pub sliders piled high with tender beef chuck, short rib and brisket. Finally, put a sumptuous twist on classic Caprese with sweet oven-roasted tomatoes and creamy burrata served with a fresh basil pesto.
