Master classic French cooking techniques with helpful guidance from Chef Paige in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn to make some of the most popular and traditional French dishes using quality ingredients and methods from an expert chef!
Begin by preparing a flaky and savory pastry tart filled with creamy goat cheese and wonderfully sweet caramelized onions. Then, pan-sear the perfect steak with peppercorns, butter and brandy accompanied by classic potato gratin with gruyère and crunchy green beans. Finally, indulge in a tarte tatin made from farm fresh Granny Smith apples with a brandy caramel sauce for dessert.
