With her expert guidance, you'll learn how to take fresh, simple ingredients and combine them with various spices to create wholesome, flavorful dishes that don't even need meat!
Kick off this class with a refreshing, healthy recipe that you'll be making every summer: a crisp watermelon and farro salad accented by fresh mint and basil. Then, make ravioli pasta by hand to be stuffed with a lovely roasted corn and ricotta filling. Whip up savory crispy root vegetable fritters for a satisfying side dish. Finally, you'll learn the art of baklava, layering chopped nuts, warm spices and fresh honey between delicately flaky sheets of phyllo dough.
