Venture to vibrant Mexico and learn to make mouthwatering street-food favorites in this cooking class taught by Chef Lawrencia. You'll learn an expert's basic cooking techniques and tips as you create five indulgent dishes that are easy to recreate at home!
First, you'll learn how to make zesty elote just like a native street vendor with grilled corn slathered in sour cream and sprinkled with cotija cheese and chile powder. Then, Chef Lawrencia will teach you how to make savory carne asada complemented by a flavorful, herby chimichurri sauce. End this meal on an authentically sweet note with perfectly crisp sugary churros.

Seemed like the chef had little to no knowledge on making sushi, there was really no step by step. Just a chaotic mess throughout the class. Chef acted as if we were already supposed to know what we were doing and the microwave rice when making sushi is not the way to go. We had fun with our table regardless of the poor class.
