Start by using classic techniques to roll raw vegan sushi with fresh vegetables and perfectly fluffy sushi rice. Next, learn how to expertly fry tofu so that it's crispy every time. You'll make refreshing, vegetable-packed lettuce wraps with your tofu and for dessert, you'll craft decadent no-bake coconut cookies with brown sugar and rolled oats. These vegan recipes will become staples in your home, and so will the new skills you've learned!

Chef Stacy gave us three wonderful recipes that we will use again. She also was a wonderful teacher for those of us that weren’t very good cooks!! So much fun!
Meet your chef
Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
