You'll feel as if you're dining by the ocean in this fun cooking class taught by Chef Stacy. Learn an expert's culinary tips and techniques for creating your favorite Mexican cuisine through three flavorful courses inspired by dishes enjoyed on Baja beaches.
To begin, Chef Stacy will guide you in making a refreshing shrimp or white fish ceviche with fresh and tangy flavors from cucumbers and lime. Next, make handmade tortillas for sizzling fajitas, filled with your choice of savory carne asada, pollo asado or mixed vegetables. You'll also craft spicy rice with poblano and jalapeño peppers and garlicky black beans as a side. Finish your meal by indulging in sweet and crunchy churros dipped in a homemade chocolate sauce.

Chef Stacy was very helpful and had lots of good tips about vegan cooking and Thai cuisine. We learned a lot from her, and her class was fun and informative!

Chef Stacy gave us three wonderful recipes that we will use again. She also was a wonderful teacher for those of us that weren’t very good cooks!! So much fun!
Meet your chef
Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
