Learn the art of crafting handmade pasta in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Andrew. You'll learn an expert chef's techniques for making fresh lemon-infused pasta by hand before you roll it out and cut the dough to serve as the base for this summery citrusy dish. Chef Andrew will guide you in making a simple yet stunning coulis sauce flavored with sweet red peppers. After mixing the pasta into the sauce, you'll drizzle fresh olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.
