If your brunch selections could use a bit of updating, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Erica has you covered. Learn how to prepare a menu of all-new selections that are sure to give your next get-together a much-needed gourmet glow-up!
Begin your lesson with buttery liege waffles flavored with real vanilla. Prepare delicate crêpes Suzette with authentic French flair, featuring the bright flavor of orange zest added to the batter. You'll also assemble an array of tea sandwiches filled with meats, cheeses and fresh veggies to complete this light yet satisfying spread.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

It wasn’t Brunch at all. Class/menu was totally different than advertised.

Chef Erica was able to spend 1 on 1 time with us and help us learn a better technique. I enjoyed the set up and the meals. Only thing I would change is a bit more time to prepare the foods. Overall great experience, hope to do it again soon.
