Join Chef Denis for a fun and interactive children’s cooking class featuring a sweet lesson in cupcake baking. Budding bakers will delight in mixing, baking, decorating and enjoying their own custom creations, while adults have the option to enjoy a delightful hors d'oevres platter as they witness the delight unfurl.
Your group will start by expertly baking two types of fluffy and flavorful cupcakes. You’ll create rich black-bottomed cupcakes filled with chocolate and cream cheese. Chef Denis will also help you bake a wholesome carrot cupcake topped with vibrant, citrusy orange icing. After, kids can enjoy their own creative freedom as they decorate cupcakes using garnishes, sprinkles and edible metallic dust to create stunning desserts. This fun lesson will help young ones get comfortable in the kitchen as they enjoy some gourmet treats.

Chef Denis is a seasoned chef with 43 years of experience working in the culinary world. His past roles include banquet chef, executive sous chef, private chef and even being the owner of a catering business, where he hosted both private events and intimate dinners. For the last 28 years, he's spent his time working as a culinary teacher, sharing his passion and knowledge with his students and aspiring chefs to create outstanding, memorable events.
