Learn an expert's culinary tips and techniques for making delicious dishes of both land and sea in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Tera will provide you with an engaging lesson as you cook a complete four-course meal featuring both traditional dishes and modernized classics.
To start, you'll learn all you need to know to make perfect crab cakes. You'll even whip up a delightful sweet and spicy aioli to serve them with. Next, you'll make a classic Caesar salad with homemade croutons before learning to expertly cook a juicy strip steak and jumbo prawns. Discover a tantalizing recipe for roasted sweet potatoes to serve as a side dish. End this awesome class with a light yet satisfyingly sweet dessert of berries and a heavenly vanilla mascrapone.

Chef Tee was great! We really had a blast doing her Surf n’ Turf cooking class. She was knowledgeable and fun! 10/10 recommend.

Tera was very friendly! She was calm and instructed us with grace and ease. We had a great time with her. She taught us some awesome tips during the cooking process. The only negative thing is the main course wasn't very flavorful. We mentioned my friend had to do low sodium for health reasons so maybe that's why? Still give her 5 stars!
