Get an unparalleled lesson in creativity and mindful eating with this insightful cooking class led by Chef Daniel. You'll make innovative dishes with contrasting flavors and textures designed to keep you aware of what you're eating so that each meal is more satisfying. Chef Daniel will teach you all about the science of mindful eating as you learn an expert's cooking techniques.
To start this hands-on course, you'll put some drastic twists on a classic with white tomato soup featuring orange olive oil. You'll make a dish with edible dirt and pureed sunchokes in addition to an attention-grabbing dish with eggs that look like cheese and cheese that looks like eggs! Get your hands dirty as you make your own fresh pasta and learn some new grilling techniques with watermelon steaks. This sweet lesson will end with a dessert prepared by Chef Daniel, but you'll take the invaluable lessons learned with you forever!

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.
