Channel the luxury of French royalty during this hands-on cooking class where decadent French pastries make the menu. With pastry expert Chef Joel as your guide, you'll learn the classic techniques of French baking using fresh and modern ingredients.
Start off with a French pastry staple: Paris-Brest, made with choux pastry dough and drizzled with white chocolate. Then, Chef Joel will teach you how to use choux pastry to make a classic chocolate hazelnut eclair. Put a modern spin on things with a matcha and sesame cream puff and finish this dessert spread with warm cinnamon beignets, topped with crème fraîche and sprinkled with fresh strawberry and rhubarb.
