Try your hand at tradition with this old-school style Italian cooking class led by Chef Annie. In this class, you'll make authentic fresh pasta and cheese plus classic dishes you'll find on every Italian menu. Learn an expert's culinary techniques and recipes and you'll never have to order out again!
Start this class with a bang as you learn to make your own fresh mozzarella for a basic Caprese salad. You'll also get to make fresh ricotta cheese just like an Italian nonna. Next, discover the Italian method for balancing the bold flavors of simple ingredients as you prepare a hearty bruschetta with your handmade ricotta. Your homemade linguine pasta will be served in a traditional robust Pomodoro tomato sauce and for dessert, you'll freshly bake a divine lemon ricotta cake. Buon appetito!

Chef Annie was wonderful. She was kind, personable and informative. The food was fantastic.
Chef Annie became enamored with cooking at an early age, teaching herself to prepare complex dishes like duck confit as a teenager. She built a career in accounting before making the leap to culinary school to study baking and pastry arts. She began a business as a private chef while selling her own baked creations on the side. With her transition to culinary instructor, Chef Annie now brings her talents to an exciting new arena.
