Lobster lovers, this is the cooking class for you! In this engaging class, Chef Jeffrey will prepare you with all the know-how needed for making one dish that combines two favorites: lobster bisque and lobster ravioli.
First, you'll get an expert's lesson on how to handmake fresh pasta dough, which will be used for ravioli. After rolling out your dough, you'll make a heavenly lobster filling to seal the deal. Then, learn how to perfectly cook fresh ravioli to be served in a rich, luxurious bisque. These recipes will be your go-to for your next elegant homemade meal.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
