Join Chef Katelin for an unforgettable pizza-making cooking class as you learn how to make this Italian favorite from scratch. An expert in Italian culinary culture, Chef Katelin will guide you through the fun process of handmaking pizza dough, creating delectable pizza sauce and baking your very own pizzas. This class will begin in true Italian style with a hearty antipasto: Caprese salad made with creamy burrata and heirloom tomatoes. Next, you'll start kneading the pizza dough before whipping up a roasted garlic spread and an aromatic marinara sauce from scratch. Finally, you'll assemble the pizza of your dreams with a wide array of assorted toppings before indulging in a warm and gooey skillet cookie dessert.
