In this hands-on, chocolate-infused cooking class, Chef Maggie will provide an insightful education on the history of chocolate and an expert's methods for making the stuff yourself! You'll get the unique opportunity to learn and practice the delicate technique of tempering chocolate to form proper crystallization before you create a sweet array of decadent treats.
Chef Maggie will help you prepare artful truffles filled with rich milk chocolate and fresh raspberry purée. You’ll also learn how to create uniquely infused chocolate bonbons and a dreamy vegan ganache. This engaging class is perfect for a date night or as a fun friend activity. Plus, you'll get to take home plenty of chocolate treats to show off your new skills to friends and family!

Meet your chef
A caterer, instructor and private chef, Chef Maggie has found herself continuing her culinary journey in Denver. After living in Spain, Chef Maggie developed a deep passion for food. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
