Roll up your sleeves and become the maker of the freshest pasta you've ever had in this cooking class led by Chef Gloria. An expert in the culinary arts, she will lead a fun, engaging class where you'll make your own fresh pasta and two dreamy sauces to serve it in. Discover new recipes and insightful cooking tips and techniques from a top-notch chef.
You'll learn two classic sauce recipes that are easy to master and contain simple, fresh ingredients. After mixing, rolling and cutting the fresh pasta dough, you'll whip up a heavenly, flavor-packed carbonara sauce with salty bacon and egg yolks, plus a creamy chicken Alfredo sauce. You'll never buy boxed pasta or jarred sauce again!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The chef no showed and screwed up our whole day since it was planned around this event and the chef didn’t show up and so we didn’t have a class.

Chef Gloria and her husband, the handy sioux chef we're absolutely amazing! We would take their class again and again. They were such a pleasure to learn from and be around.
