Upgrade your burger nights forever after taking this engaging cooking class with Chef Nicola. In this fun class, you'll learn the best vegetarian take on the classic burger, plus three more delightful recipes perfect for summer barbecues or dinner parties.
To start, you'll practice knife skills as you toss together a colorful club salad with a divine homemade ranch dressing and croutons. Your entrée is hearty homemade black bean vegetable burgers with tangy cotija cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Master the art of making perfectly crisp air-fry zucchini fries and serve them with honey mustard dipping sauce. Dessert is a heavenly limoncello panna cotta with seasonal berries, whipped cream and blueberry sauce.
