Start your meal with a refreshingly sweet chilled watermelon gazpacho, balanced with goat cheese, balsamic glaze and pecans. Next, you'll become a master in making juicy braised chicken for tacos made on warm homemade tortillas and topped with a heavenly avocado crème. For a side, learn to make authentic Mexican street corn with red onions, cilantro and crème. Dessert is crunchy churros drizzled with chocolate and paired with homemade vanilla ice cream.
