Roll up your sleeves and dive into the authentic techniques of traditional pasta making in this cooking class with Chef Alex. You'll use regional ingredients to create a vibrant menu of classic Italian recipes as you learn valuable culinary skills from an expert chef.
This class will start with a lesson in balancing flavors and textures as you prepare a tangy shaved fennel and orange salad drizzled in a bright herb vinaigrette. For your main course, you'll make tagliatelle pasta by hand to be served in a cacio e pepe sauce made of sharp pecorino cheese and pink peppercorn. For dessert, enjoy an iconic Italian treat, tiramisu, made with creamy mascarpone and rich espresso.
