Cooking Class: Hands-on Sushi Rolling for Kids

Kids of all ages will love getting hands-on with sushi rolling in this interactive cooking class with Chef Shahida  the adults will want to join in too! Budding chefs will gain valuable experience in the kitchen as they learn cooking tips and techniques.


First, Chef Shahida will run through knife techniques for fresh vegetables and use them to make a tasty miso soup. Then, kids will craft their very own California and Philadelphia rolls with kani crab, cucumbers, cream cheese, and carrots. For dessert, they'll make a sweet "sushi" roll from Rice Krispies, Fruit Roll-Ups, and more.
