Calling all bread lovers! Master the art and science of dough making in this fun cooking class with Chef Mert! You'll learn the skills to make the perfect focaccia, pizza, and pie doughs so you can enjoy your favorites at any time.
In this exciting experience, you'll learn the process behind making three different types of dough. Once you've prepared them, you'll turn them into a roasted tomato and rosemary focaccia, one of three varieties of pizza, and a comforting apple pie just like Mom makes. Use your new skills to impress your friends and family, or elevate dinner at home!

GREAT experience. Such a lovely way to spend time with friends/family. Mert even felt like an old friend we visited for dinner. The food was yummy, the penthouse was lush, and the company was like a warm hug. (Not to sound too hippy dippy, but… ahaha. Yeah).
