This hands-on cooking class from Chef Ryan shows you how to prepare your own authentic trattoria meal from scratch. It's a bounty of fresh Italian dining with a traditional heart and an Old World soul!
Your lesson begins with a Caprese salad made with fresh mozzarella, bright tomatoes, fresh basil and a sweet balsamic glaze. Roll up your sleeves to make your very own fresh fettuccine pasta from scratch. Then, you'll create eggplant parmesan topped with tomato sauce made from scratch, with Italian vegetables on the side. For dessert, whip up a silken milk chocolate mousse that will make you long for the old country!
