Get excited to prepare Chef Mike's five-star five-course menu in this immersive cooking class. You'll learn expert cooking methods, recipes and techniques to upgrade your Italian cooking repertoire.
To begin, prepare a simple yet wondrous dish of whipped ricotta on sourdough bread. Then layer high-quality cheeses and meats together for a divine antipasti plate. You'll get to make cavatelli pasta from scratch, served in an authentic broccoli rabe dish. For your entrée, learn how to perfectly pan-sear red snapper in an incredible mussel and clam broth. For dessert, prepare and enjoy a heavenly vanilla bean panna cotta with macerated berries.
