Get ready to sharpen your knife skills in this hands-on class with Chef Robert as you learn how and when to properly wield different kitchen knives to add superior texture and show-stopping visual appeal to your meals.
Chef Robert will begin by teaching you traditional cuts like bournoise, parisienne, and bias cuts. Then, you will use your honed knife skills to prepare crudités with a bounty of beautifully sliced and diced vegetables as well as a stunning fruit melange for dessert.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!

Culinary virtuoso Chef Robert is a certified Chef de Cuisine, registered dietitian, and published cookbook author. Chef Robert is incredibly passionate about the science of gastronomy, and believes it is important for professional and home chefs alike to understand the chemical reactions that occur while cooking. When he's not busy experimenting in the kitchen, Chef Robert loves sharing his passion for cooking with others by hosting a variety of fun and interactive culinary experiences.
