In this hands-on cooking class you'll prepare fresh, colorful poke bowls with Chef Kelly. Practice your knife skills as you prepare this vibrant, summery dish with traditional ingredients. In this fun class, Chef Kelly will teach you an expert's method for frying shrimp tempura and making fluffy sticky rice.
You'll also get to explore pairing flavors and textures between fresh seafood, sticky sushi rice, crisp vegetables and crunchy toppings. Let your creativity shine as you compose your perfect, nourishing poke bowl.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Notably, her professional achievements include a position as the managing lead instructor at a notable recreational cooking school in NYC, as well as working in the test kitchens of one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country.
