In this immersive cooking class, you'll get to experience the exciting process of making linguine from start to finish. An expert in Italian food, Chef Mary will teach you time-honored pasta-making techniques, from preparing the dough to rolling and cutting your fresh, handmade pasta. The fun doesn't end there, because you'll also make an incredible, savory mushroom ragu to serve your linguine in. In the end, you'll enjoy aromatics and flavors that will transport you straight to Italy.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Mary began her work life in local television and radio before leaving the industry and pursuing her true passion to become a cook and culinary teacher. Largely self-taught in the art of cuisine, Chef Mary has authored two cookbooks, creating a collection of more than 150 cannabis-based recipes along the way. After learning the secrets to formulating her own recipes, Chef Mary now offers cooking classes in turning quality ingredients into delicious, healthy dishes.
