To start, you'll make creamy whipped ricotta and hummus from scratch, which you'll want to remake at home all the time. Next, roll up your sleeves and prepare a hearty seafood stew featuring fresh shrimp, squid, mussels or clams and white fish simmered in a charred allium tomato saffron broth.
