Cooking Class: Make the Pizza of Your Dreams
In this exciting cooking class, Chef Tracy will guide you as you learn how to prepare homemade pizza from start to finish. Practice crafting handmade dough from scratch before preparing two different sauces to top your pizzas.
Chef Tracy will teach you how to make a classic, savory marinara sauce with tomatoes and herbs as well as an indulgent, creamy white sauce. Once you have prepared your dough and sauces, you'll get to design your unique pizzas with a wide variety of cheeses, vegetables, proteins and herbs to showcase your pizza mastery.

Chef Tracy is not just a food connoisseur but also a former athlete, which informs her fresh, nourishing and healthy approach to cooking. She is experienced in both pastry work and savory cooking, both inspired by her love for whole-food ingredients. In 2008, Chef Tracy launched a popular healthy dessert business. She also has an extensive teaching history, having led corporate cooking classes and nutrition workshops for a number of major companies. When she's not cooking, Chef Tracy is writing about nutrition or sharing her healthy recipes.
