Begin by handcrafting delicate cucumber tea sandwiches. Next, you will learn how to bake fresh blueberry scones and classic, pillowy crumpets to serve with two kinds of handmade jam. Brew a warm pot of Darjeeling or Assam tea to enjoy with your tea time treats.

Chef Maggie did a great job, was low key and engaging. Only issue was that class was longer than listed, so had a conflict with another thing after. Allow extra time in case. A couple was 15 minutes late and we waited for them, so that was part of it.
