Learn all about fresh and fried spring rolls in this fun and interactive cooking class with Chef Robert!
Begin by wrapping king crab, rice noodles and pickled vegetables in rice paper, then enjoying them with an apricot and sweet chile sauce. Then, Chef Robert will show you how to roll a fried avocado spring roll stuffed with cilantro, seared poblano peppers and a red chile crema.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

This is the perfect activity to gift a friend: trying something new over quality food and with great teachers! I gifted this experience to my best friend; We felt right at home and the chefs made the experience fun & relaxed. The chefs do most of the prep work so we could get to the fun parts, and there was more than plenty of food to go around.
