Cooking Class: Become an Italian Dough Master

In this informative cooking class, Chef Kia will teach you how to make three bread-based dishes from cultures around the world. As you cook together, you'll learn pasta making, how to make béchamel sauce and more. 


First up is a fresh and tangy green salad with mandarin oranges and ginger. Then you'll learn how to make fresh pasta for lobster mac and cheese, elevated with a simple yet decadent béchamel sauce. For the main course you'll assemble a Mediterranean-inspired pita pizza topped with eggplant, feta and lamb. Dessert is a sweet cinnamon focaccia bread.
