Learn how to prepare authentic Chinese dumplings from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Wei. You'll learn time-honored techniques for folding dumplings as well as every step of the process.
Begin with meat and vegetable pot stickers before practicing the skill of making soup dumplings filled with pork and a flavorful broth. Then it's time to make Shanghai-style egg rolls wrapped in a homemade wonton. To refresh at the end of the meal, you'll enjoy boba tea with homemade boba pearls.

I was incredibly disappointed with this experience, it was almost laughably bad. It started with Chef Wei meeting us at the door with her pajamas pants on and went down from there. Nothing was prepped in advance, the countertops of her kitchen weren't clean, she didn't wash her hands one time during the entire class, the pots, dishes and utensils weren't sterilized. I had taken my partner for a date night and was embarrassed by this experience. I feel we were completely taken advantage of at $120/pp. I do not recommend at all.

Chef Wei was wonderful along with the 3 course creations. She took her time in showing you the steps and created a warm environment. I would definitely recommended booking a class with her.

Chef Wei is an experienced culinary instructor with her specialty being dim sum. She is a delight to learn from and her dishes are just as enjoyable. I enjoyed learning a new cuisine type from Chef Wei.
