Learn how to make pasta and pizza from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jenna. You'll learn traditional techniques for crafting ravioli pasta by hand as well as how to make the perfect pizza dough.
To begin, you'll toss together a fresh salad of peppery arugula with pecorino cheese, cherry tomatoes and a vinaigrette. Then it's time to craft spinach and ricotta ravioli by hand, which you'll serve with a spicy tomato sauce. Next, it's time to get creative with your favorite pizza toppings to make your own handmade signature pizza. Dessert is a classic savory-sweet Italian olive oil cake.

With pine nuts, pecorino, cherry tomatoes and lemon-honey vinaigrette
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
With spicy garlic tomato sauce and gremolata
Handmade Pizza
Toppings may include mushrooms, onions, 'nduja, ricotta and mozzarella
Olive Oil Cake
With bay leaf and crème anglaise

I got this gift for my mom and her partner as a birthday present and it was absolutely one of their favorite experiences they’ve had! they spoke SO highly of Jenna and the food and had only the most glowing things to say about the whole night! Would highly recommend!
