Give your brunch skills a boost in this cooking class with Chef Shirley. You'll learn how to prepare a rich brioche French toast using brioche bread, eggs, milk and vanilla. Family and friends will request this luxurious dish whether it's breakfast, brunch or Tuesday!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

- great experience with Chef Shirley and her husband - I think one of the hardest parts about make sushi is making the sushi rice. Hence, it would've been nice if she had demoed that - It would also be great if Chef Shirley automatically sent out any of the photos that were taken at the event

This was our first class My husband and I and we really enjoyed it. They did a great job giving us instructions and we were able to ask many questions. We definitely are going to go to more of these!
Meet your chef
Since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a focus on French fine dining, Chef Shirley went on to gain more than 10 years of hospitality and professional culinary experience. Chef Shirley was most recently the kitchen manager at an interactive dining theatre that included a theatrical on-stage production where the dining staff stayed in full character during the presentation along with dinner to compliment the occasion.
