Join Chef Julio on a culinary journey to Italy as you prepare a simple menu of favorites from Rome in this cooking class. By the end of the class, you'll have mastered the techniques behind these Italian dishes and be ready to impress at your next dinner party!
To begin, you'll toss together a salad of mixed greens, candied walnuts and tangy lemon vinaigrette topped with some croutons for crunch. Then, you'll move on to the homemade pasta course and learn how to make classic carbonara from scratch. Next, Chef Julio will teach you the tricks to perfectly searing a New York strip steak, which you'll pair with a white bean fricassée, spring onions and a decadent demi-glace. Lastly, your meal will conclude on a sweet note as you enjoy a creamy panna cotta with fresh fruits for dessert.
