Cooking Class: Sous Vide Cooking 101

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Julio, you'll learn everything you need to know to master sous vide cooking by preparing a meal of simple gourmet recipes. Chef Julio will start by introducing you to the ingredients before helping you toss together a fresh bibb salad and make pizza dough from scratch. After topping your margarita pizza, Chef Julio will give a demo and small lecture on sous vide cooking and guide you through the process of preparing glazed chicken and crème brûlée in a jar with eggs, sugar and cream. You'll also make and enjoy an assortment of authentic sides with your meal, including cauliflower purée, roasted grapes and romanesco.
