This fun and interactive cooking class features the fun and creativity of mock cocktails. Chef Meg will teach you how to make three different mocktails and a sweet and spicy nut mixture of chili, chipotle, rosemary and sugar to accompany with them. Start off with a sophisticated chamomile and honey mocktail with citrus. Next, you'll make an Italian bramble with blackberries and lemon. Finish with a refreshing cucumber and lime garden gimlet garnished with cucumber and Seedlip Garden 108.
