Cooking Class: Gluten Free Italian Feast

Join Chef Meg in this cooking class featuring a gluten-free, four-course Italian menu. You'll use fresh and high-quality ingredients to create a crunchy tomato bruschetta with gluten-free bread topped with garlic, basil and olive oil. Next up is pasta primavera with fresh Parmesan, squash, spinach and savory Italian sausage. You'll also create a garlic broccoli rabe with cannellini beans and red chili flakes. Dessert is a sweet treat of roasted strawberries with vanilla ricotta cream.
