Cooking Class: Master the Five-Course Italian Dinner

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Annie will teach you how to make beloved Italian dishes from the hills of Tuscany to the island of Capri. Discover quintessential dishes of Italian cuisine starting with a classic Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and ripe tomatoes. Next, prepare a tangy bruschetta topped with fresh ricotta cheese made from scratch. Prepare linguini al pomodoro with handmade pasta before finishing the meal with a zesty lemon ricotta cake topped with crunchy slivered almonds.
