Join Chef Titik for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make several healthy, delicious Mediterranean dishes. Each dish uses an array of interesting ingredients to create a robust and flavorful meal.
First, make juicy chicken kebabs paired with creamy hummus and a refreshing tabouleh salad. Then you'll learn how to make a classic, flavorful Catalan seafood stew with shrimp, mussels, fish and saffron and enjoy it with a crispy crostini. For dessert, wrap up the meal with as simple lemon olive oil cake topped with honey mascarpone cream.

Great experience! Me and my husband went on our wedding anniversary because we both enjoy cooking a lot. We learnt a lot of things about cooking in general as well as amazing new vegetarian dishes. I will 100% recommend this class to anyone who enjoys cooking or even if you are just looking for a good and different activity. Chef Titik is very knowledgeable and kind.

The whole experience was amazing. I love the homey feeling from when we first walked in. I felt like I was with family. The chef is very personable. Very knowledgeable.
Meet your chef
Chef Titik's proud Indonesian heritage informs her life as much as her cooking. A graduate with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, baking and pastry art, she hopes to impart her passion for food to her students as they learn to create incredible meals in a variety of cuisines ranging from Italian to Indian and beyond.
