Chef Charles is eager to share the magic of cooking with wine with you in this informative cooking class. You'll learn how to turn a simple dish into something spectacular as you incorporate the chef's tips for enhancing savory and sweet dishes with wine. Begin with a tender scallops pan-fried in a Champagne-butter sauce with a dash of heavy cream and fresh herbs. Then prepare a rich rice dish with chardonnay and pecorino cheese. For dessert, create a delicious chocolate cake with port wine as the secret ingredient and top the cake with crème anglaise.

Chef Charles is a true culinary professional and is passionate about sharing his love of food with others. He provided us with a wonderful culinary experience. If you are in the Bay Area and have the chance, I highly recommend taking his classes and hiring him as your next private chef!
In his rich and varied culinary career, Chef Charles has taught cooking classes at popular venues, worked at Michelin-rated restaurants and started his own online cookie bakery. His ventures have taken him all around San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma, where he worked his way from dishwasher to pastry chef.
