You will learn how to make two classic pasta shapes by hand in this interactive cooking class and incorporate them into a full menu of Italian dishes. After chopping up vegetables for a classic chopped Italian salad, you'll learn how to make orecchiette and pici pastas by hand. Your handmade orecchiette will be tossed with white wine and garlic sauce and paired with broccoli rabe and fennel sausage. Then create classic cacio e pepe with the pici pasta to create a satisfying and decadent pasta dish. For dessert, indulge in a towering tiramisu cheesecake.

Chopped Italian Salad
With radicchio, pepperoncini, chickpeas, salami, provolone and vinaigrette
Orecchiette Pasta
With broccoli rabe, fennel sausage, white wine, garlic and red pepper flakes
Pici Pasta Cacio de Pepe
With black pepper, cultured butter, pecorino and Parmesan
Tiramisu Cheesecake
With cream cheese, vanilla wafer cookies, coffee, rum and cocoa powder
