Cooking Class: Asian Soup and Skewers
Join Chef Steven for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn new cooking techniques to make several flavorful Asian-inspired dishes. First, make noodle soup with lo mein noodles, vegetables and a ginger-infused broth. Next you'll prepare Japanese-style yakitori skewers, arranging sliced salmon, chicken and pineapples on skewers and marinating them in teriyaki sauce. Then it's time to grill the meat to tender, slightly-charred perfection. Enjoy stir-fried vegetables on the side and top off the meal with homemade matcha ice cream.
