Cooking Class: Seasonal Soups and Sides
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Steven will teach you how to make hearty soups from start to finish. Practice your knife skills as you prepare vegetables for a crunchy cruciferous salad to enjoy with your rich, seasonal soups. Build layers of flavor with beef, tomatoes and spices for a cozy chili followed by a creamy Northeastern clam chowder with potatoes and bacon. While your soups simmer, bake fluffy cornbread for dipping and prepare a fresh apple crisp with vanilla ice cream for a sweet finish to the meal.
