Cooking Class: Exploring Asian Cuisines

Using regional ingredients, you will practice the methodical techniques of Asian cuisines. Learn how to prepare a hearty beef onigiri followed by deep-fried pork tonkatsu with crab fat infused rice. Next, prepare a classic Vietnamese dish, bò lúc lắc, also known as shaking beef. For dessert, the chef will teach you how to make Japanese coffee jelly with chocolate ganache.

Chef Diervion has a love for teaching culinary. He is very descriptive when he is walking you through a process. I learned from him how to make a homemade hollandaise which is a sauce I have always been wanting to learn. His friendly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
