In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Maria will teach you how to prepare classic Italian dishes with a gourmet twist. Begin with a hearty Italian salad of crisp romaine lettuce with cured meats, briny olives and fresh tomatoes. For the centerpiece of the meal, the chef will guide you as you craft a rich and creamy chicken risotto with caramelized pears accompanied by sautéed asparagus with Parmesan. For dessert, learn how to make a traditional Italian panna cotta.
