Join Chef Charlie for a fresh seafood menu in this interactive cooking class. Learn tips and techniques for preparing a variety of fish and crustaceans highlighted with the bright zest of lemon. Begin the meal with a crisp grilled Caesar salad, hearty crab cakes and a tangy homemade remoulade. For the main course, practice making flaky, salt-baked fish simply seasoned with vibrant citrus. Finally, you will hone your baking skills as you create a tender short crust for a refreshing lemon tartlet.

The experience with Chef Charlie was an in-home class, which we were not expecting when we went to book a class on Classpop, so we were excited to be able to have it in the comfort of our home. She brought all the necessary food and equipment, so if you don't have the things you think you need, it's no worry, she has you covered. We were able to participate, ask questions, and engage on any level we wanted and we learned some new recipes and picked up a few new ingredients after the class (we love to cook). Chef Charlie cleaned up and left, so we had a lovely tapas dinner for two alone together with no clean-up. It was a dream! This is a great gift idea to give a loved one a super special break.

Chef Charlie is wonderful! She is passionate about cooking and sharing her love of food with others. She shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a great time. I highly recommend hiring her as your next private chef and taking her classes if you have the chance!
