Join Chef Diana for a fun foray into the art of fondue with this cooking class. You'll learn three ways to prepare the perfect fondue experience for your next book club, party or bridal shower. Start with a beer cheese fondue with cheddar, Gruyère and lager beer. Next up is a broth fondue shrimp, beef, brats and a blend of vegetables. Dessert is a spiced chocolate fondue cream prepared with a blend of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Beer Cheese Fondue
With cheddar cheese, Gruyère cheese, lager beer, mustard and hot sauces
Spiced Chocolate Fondue
With chocolate, cream, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and nutmeg
Broth Fondue
With beef, shrimp, brat bites, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and broccoli

The fondue cooking class was amazing. Chef Diana provided step by step instructions and guided us in making delicious fondues that we could replicate at home. She provided a fun and informative cooking experience!
